750ml bottle pours out a cloudy copper gold topped with a sand head. Nose is nice spice light citrus lots of floral notes some herbs along with a nice stone fruit touch. Taste is more of the spice light citrus and a good belg yeast touch.

Reviewed from notes. Received via trade from gn0sis, thanks for the bottle Eric! Opened for Fantomefest 2014. Pours a cloudy amber color with maybe a half fingers worth of head. Nose is tart apples, lemon, somewhat yeasty, and a little floral. Flavor follows the nose, quite tart, much moreso than the blonde. Lemon and apple are the predominant themes with some underlying caramel. Medium bodied with good carbonation with a moderately lingering finish. One of the better beers at our tasting, I enjoyed this quite a bit.

750ml bottle from Kamiel. Clear dark copper with an off white head that fads completely. Slightly tart, grainy, grass, sugar, yeast, herb. alcohol / vermouth, mild carbonation and moderate body, dry, chardonnay, boozy, very good.

Dégustation @Bruxelles Champêtre 2013. Bière ambrée au col mince à la robe crémeuse. Au nez : levure, caramalt, houblon floral, moût. En bouche, rondeur prépondérante du malt, saveur de moût épicé et légèrement caramélisé qui confère au breuvage un douce pesanteur et qui se termine sur une finale surette. Amertume légère qui s’épanouit dans la longueur en des notes minérales. Surprisement, l’alcool ne se révèle que sur la fin. Intéressant à boire.

(750ml bottle) Pours a hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of herbs, florals, grain, and citrus. Flavor of orange, herbs, florals, biscuit, and yeast with a moderately dry finish.

Sweetened malt (artificially?) aroma, Belgian spice, grapes, yeast. Palate follows suit with a surprisingly thick body for a Fantome. Grapes and malt sweetness dominate, supplemented by spice and mild cinnamon. Briefly sour. Better than expected.

(750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) a bit cloudy gold, pretty still with no carbonation. Nose is sweet, belgian, light cilantro, gold raisin, apricot, tart peach, funky. Taste is more tart than the nose lets on, apricot, peach, other stone fruits, yeasty, medium carbonation, tart linger.

750ml from a sweet local trade, thanks to my Wolfpack bro. Cloudy amber pour, with moderate carbonation resembling cider in the way that aged Fantomes do. Nose is nice: fairly muted, faint tartness, sorta Granny Smith if I had to characterize it. Leafy tea notes and lemon drop come along in the taste, like a modified apple cider with some pleasant funk and some spices added to accentuate the bready elements: some sea salt, herbs, and pepper. Quirky as always.
