750ml from a sweet local trade, thanks to my Wolfpack bro. Cloudy amber pour, with moderate carbonation resembling cider in the way that aged Fantomes do. Nose is nice: fairly muted, faint tartness, sorta Granny Smith if I had to characterize it. Leafy tea notes and lemon drop come along in the taste, like a modified apple cider with some pleasant funk and some spices added to accentuate the bready elements: some sea salt, herbs, and pepper. Quirky as always.

750ml capped and corked. Slightly amber clear golden with loose white head that disappears quite quickly. Light honey malt, bit of cider vinegar tartness, sweaty sock, touch of plastic. Tart lemon, tangy, apple cider, hint of sweet bready dark malt.

Bottle, bought @ Etre Gourmet.
Pours clear amber with a small, off-white film head. Aroma has funk, light tartness, caramel and pine. Medium carbonation, nice dry and rather creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is tart, caramel, pine, light oak, some mild yeast and cranberry and peach.

Bottle. Hazy brownish/amber with a fairly large head. Aroma and taste of malt, yeast, butter, earth, pepper, fruit, wood and some wine. Not that sour. Drinkable but not the best one from Fantome.

Bottle shared by craytonic. Thanks Matt. Sampled alongside twenty other Fantôme beers. The beer is hazy and orange hued with a small white head that leaves sparse lacing on the snifter. The aroma offers some nice funk and must, along with yeast and a subtle floral presence. A healthy fruit presence is there as well, particularly orange and other assorted citrus. Oranges really shine through in the flavor, complemented by some delicate yeast and funk notes. Medium bodied with fairly low carbonation. Smooth on the palate with minimal alcohol presence. Overall, a solid beer. I would definitely have it again. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 11-08-2011

Bottle: Small off white to white head, change quick into a thin half open lacing on top of a hazy amber orange colored beer. Smell orange, barleys , barley malts, orange malts, grains, lactic sour. Taste orange barley malts, yeast, caramel, some nice bitter tones, hops, creamy. Aftertaste of orange, light bitter, light warmth, some creamy herbs, medium bitter, older hops, creamy caramelised grains, floral and some floral bitternes. Low carbo, soft thicker mouthfeel, medium to full body and an oily texture. Wow the pour was oily and the texture is oily, the taste is thick. very nice beer!

Notes fumades en nas que més tard evolucionen cap a fruites del bosc. Marca Fantome, no falla.
