Bottle 750ml.

Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy fruity - pineapple ? mandarin, moderate barnyard. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, plastic, orange - mandarin sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and citrusy. Light smoked off note, citric and fruity. Crisp hoppy and lingering fruity. Cirric and smooth fruity into the finish.

Botle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a rich white head. Very interesting spicy nose - a rather odd and sophisticated aroma. Medium body, sweet malt, dandelion and other herbal spices. Dryish finish with a little yeast. Not a bad Fantome. 140712

Bottled@vPBF2012. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is funk, farmyard, zest, some yeast and mild spicyness. Flavour is spices, zest, farmyard, yeast, and mild herbal and rubbery notes. Not your typical Fantome, but still very nice. Citrusy finish.

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of spices, herbs, rubber and hops. Fruity flavour of spices, herbs and rubber. Spicy finish.

Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Pours hazy dark golden with a large creamy white head. Barnyard and orange fruit. Tangerine, green herbs and spices. Oregano Italy dish like. Fresh and fruity and nothing less than odd - not that "were" not used to that!

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, citrus, pepper, tangerine, malt and hops.

Hazy orange color, small white head. White peppery aroma with citrus and lychee. Medium-bodied. Sweetish fruityness, some yeast, light spices and alcohol. This time real Belgian ale, not a saison.

Pours clear dark golden with a medium, staying, creamy white head. Aroma has peach, petroleum, crisp malts. Medium carbonation, super lovely creamy and dry mouthfeel. Flavour has crisp malts, subdued smokiness, leather, dry. Quite bitter with white pepper, funk and brett. Long, lingering bitterness.
