Overall: I loved this beer, this rating was from July of 2011 and since then I have tried this beer three more times and two of the three times the beer was pure cheese and it got Footbalmed. I do not have any notes from these other tastings so I did not change my first rating.

Bottle shared at Hunhapu day, poured a clear neon green color with aromas of light tea, some light sour fruit, and some musk. Flavors are the same, light pepper in the aftertaste, thanks Matt for sharing this one.

Smak och doft av krusbär, gräs, omogna äpplen. Frisk och syrlig med en liten och torr beska som påminner om beskan från grönt te.

75cl, family tasting. - this looks as natural as a space green saison can pour: cloudy, almost fluorescent green with a pourous soapy head. Nose is slightly sour, but betraying none of the herbs/spices used in the mix. Hard to taste the green tea that was used supposedly, as its bitterness collides/complements the saison-ish hop bitterness. Dry as a saison, betrays none of its 8ABV and almost drinks like a wit. The herbal component reminds me rather of Berliner Weisse mit Waldmeister Schuss, without the syrupy quality and a rather pleasant natural sourness - could on of the spices used be Waldmeister/woodruff? - tasted less impressive than it looked to some at the table, but I am giving Fantome extra points for creating a beer that is far more drinkable than it looks and for sheer daring.

Awesome color. It is a nice herbal and dry farmhouse ale. The green tea is pronounced very nicely.

Bottle at Deanso’s crappy music tasting. Poured a funky green colour with a big frothy white head. The aroma smells like Swizells. Tastes like cow dung, I’ve never tasted cow dung, but if I ever did, I’m sure this is what it would taste like. I think this was brewed in Springfield. It really wasn’t good. I’m surprised it has such a good rating.

Bottle shared at Deanso’s crappy music tasting. Pours green(!) with a white head. Aroma seems mainly focused around those green sour throat sweets that taste awful but make your throat numb, aside from that there’s green tea and dung. Flavour is equally strange, medium sweet, light sourish, just can’t place it entirely. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Interesting, but not in a good way.

bottle shared at a ABCbeers rating evening. Thick creamy white head. Hazy green pour. Not great
