COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light, fruity and champagne-like. Fantôme brews special seasonal beers, never repeating a recipe from year to year. This one is for spring . . .

Not a great beer at all, not terrible, I wouldnt buy it again. I was expecting substantially more. the bitterness and fruit character were out of place for me. flavor profile and massive carbonation just made it a mess

A: Light orange body with a massive white head. Quickly receded, left behind very little lacing. S: Lots of yeasty funk. Lemon, grass, pepper. T: A funky, tart quality dominates. Slight green apple flavoring that was lacking in the nose. Grassy under tones with a clean, refreshing lemon accent. Lightly spiced, and slightly bitter finish. M: Very dry. Refeshing. A tad thinner than would prefer. D: This is a delightful saison. Not as good as the flagship Fantome, but a clean, easy drinking refreshing beer.

The beer pours a hazy golden color with a white head. The aroma is very complex with notes of apricots, lemons, yeast and some light funk. The flavor is lemons with some tartness. I also get citrus - apricots and oranges - as well as some yeast. The beer is very juicy tasting. The beer is extremely drinkable. Medium mouthfeel and medium to high carbonation. An excellent saison.

Pours large foamy white bubbles which break down fast. Tons of bubbles coating the side of the glass. Lots of citrusy aroma, especially tangerine and pink grapefruit. Citrus fruit flavors carry forward as well. Wish it was a bit colder, but that’s my bad. They say this is champagne-like and I’d go along with that description. Slight hoppiness on the back end in the aftertaste. Not your normal Belgian beer. Very light and "dainty." Would make a great beer mimosa!!

A hazy nectar colored beer with a lively white froth. The aroma is massively nectar fruit oriented with hints of pear, apple, watermelon, kiwi, mango, passion fruit, and a crisp wheaty backbone. The flavor replicates the intricate nature of the olfactory fruit arrangement with ease. Tropical fruits ooze out into every corner of the mouth. A nice crisp wheaty angelfood cake dough note rounds out the yeast character. The palate is effervescent and supple wit a super dry and crisp finish. Perhaps the best saison ever.

Pours a hazy apricot color with a large, frothy white head. Aroma holds loads of nectar fruit, including peach, mango, and kiwi, along with notes of apple and pear-- awesome fruitiness on this nose, I’m loving it so far. Flavor is divine-- tons more nectarine and kiwi notes, with some wheat and yeast that really add a beautiful depth to this beer. Palate is crisp, clean, and refreshing; absolutely perfect for a hot summer day. Top notch saison.
