2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 bager (2121) - Copenhagen N, DENMARK - NOV 9, 2007
Bottle. Hazy amber coloured with a rather small white head. Hmm I guess I’m never gonna learn to really enjoy these saison’s. Always taste infected and like spider webbs and old moldy cloth. And this one is no different. Sorry.

bottle. hazy orange body with a fluffy white head. plush aroma of a potpourri with a myriad of spices. very funky.. a flavourful saison that I could easily drink on any scorcher like today. soft malts. liberal spicing throughout the body. another interesting beer from Fantôme...I’m really digging this brewery.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 BeerLimey (2112) - California, USA - MAR 22, 2005
Cloudy pale orangey amber hue, excellent carbonation and thick head formation. Sweet nectarine aroma with dry, grassy, lemony hops. Sweet nectarine palate with biting bitter hoppiness. Pretty tastey stuff but could have had a little more depth for its style.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Dorwart (2111) - Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA - NOV 20, 2006
Very large light orange colored head of medium sized bubbles. Dense and creamy on top. Awesome carbonation. Spicy grassy aroma. Lots of pepper and straw. Color is a dark orangish brown. Spicy and dry and a little tart. Fizzy in the mouth. Little dandelion greens and some other bitter green leafy stuff. Dry and lingering spicy aftertaste. Some bitter hops presence also. Little noticable alcohol and warming. Palate is a little thicker that most saisons. More malts that most. A decent saison.
