Saison is a style i havnt had much of but have always liked. Aroma is sweet alcohol. Flavor has a citrus sweetness with light alcohol. Darn good beer. Quite refreshing actually. Mondiale 2005. ABUSEDGOAT (1934), California, USA Dec 31, 2005 Cloudy orange body with a huge white head. Absolutely beautiful lacing on the glass. Aroma is very peppery with spices and some grassy hops. Flavor is the same, solid. Light bitterness, fairly typical unlike the rest of Fantome’s stuff.
