Dec 4, 2004 As a lot of Fantome beers this one really wanted to get out of the bottle, so the cork blew off. An unclear yellow beer with particles of yeast floating around and with a huge white head with small spot of spices. The aroma is sweet with notes of spices especially cinnamon, but also with fruity notes of lemon. The flavor is sweet with a slight acidic lemony background and notes of spices, citrus, and hops giving it a slightly bitter end, where the alcohol also makes its presence known by leaving You with a warmth in the mouth, but the alcohol is well hidden. The mouthfeel is very smooth.

Aug 20, 2006 [Bottled] Hazy golden. Striking aroma of pear and winegum. Medium sweet with wonderful, elastic mouthfeel. Juicy and intense, an ultraperfect world classic in it’s own style.

Dec 4, 2008 75 cL bottle. Pours with a hazy yellow white head, slowly collapsing into semi broken lacing. Peachy and brett aroma and flavour. Very smooth and fruity flavoured. Mild, tasty and refreshing peachy finish.

Aroma is moderate malty, citrus, apple, pineapple, tropickal fruits, sour - sweet fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and bitter, sour with a long duration. Apr 10, 2005 Acidic aroma like lambic, only a little less noticeable. Cloudy golden colour, small head. Flavour is sweet with nice acidity and mild finish. Very refreshing.

Jun 7, 2006 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with mediumsized whiute head. Barnyardish aroma with acidic fruity hints. Acidic citric flavour with earthy hints. Very dryish and a bit sticky in an acidic way in the aftertaste.
