Light hazy yellow colour with a white head. Malty, light fruity sweet aroma with a spicy and herbal note. Fresh citric flavor with a fruity and spicy note. Light dry finish.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Gazza (726) - Worcester, Worcestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 2, 2004
Yellow colour, with a complex nose of herbal hops, pears and wheatiness. The flavour is grainy, wheaty and dry with a pronounced mown grass hop tang and more apple/pear esters. The finish is increasingly dry and wheaty with more herbal hops showing. Better than I remembered it from last time (Bottle from Bacchanalia, Cambridge)

From a 750ml bottle. Pours hazy yellow/faint orange color with no head, and a few small bubbles kicking it at the bottom of the glass. Wonderful fruity aroma with a little bit of orange and lemon thrown in to give it a nice tartness. Tastes of peach and some orange. This was much sweeter than i was expecting. The light carbonation made this beer somewhat syrupy. I was slightly disappointed with this beer, but it was still decent.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 trecifre (14) - ITALY - MAY 13, 2012
75 cl. Golden yellow no head. Sour, tropical fruits. To low carbonation. Finishes dry, yeasty. Not a lucky bottle, I will drink again another one.

I didn’t like the strawberry flavour of this beer, the appearance is good as the persistence of the foam but this is not the kind of belgian beer I like
2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 roomtempbeer (185) - Franklin, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 30, 2004
Beer pours (in Fantome glass) a cloudy orange-yellow with a small amount of virgin white head that dissipates to near nothing. Aroma is of citrus, bannana, straw, grass, vegetal. Flavor is apple tart, sweet, apple cider, and orange citrus. My brother didn't like it but I didn't mind it all too much. Definitely the tartest beer I've ever rated. Sampled at 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Saisons are a very interesting category, very distinct. This beer is no exception. It pours a light hazy golden color. Quite a bit of fizz and a lot of citric flavor. Noticeable hoppyness. This is clearly a saison and could not be mistaken for anything else.

Shorts tasting with The Club and a few more. Pours a very hazy orange with a tiny white head. Smells of wheat. Low sourness Aromas of wheat and sour saison. Hints of leather, wienerbrød and dust. Also hints of honey and flowers. Light bodied. Mellow dry finish.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 sliffy (2036) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - OCT 29, 2006
Bottle: Clear gold in color with a white head. Aroma, very funky lemon, and light fruits, but the funk was just too much. Flavor, green apple lemon and a whole ton of funk. I don’t know if this bottle was a bit skunked or what, but it was too much for me, and I usally enjoy the occasional funky beer.
2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 changeup45 (1373) - Mount Dora, Florida, USA - JUL 27, 2010
Golden colored with a moderate head but thin for the style. Yeasty funk, flowers, lemons, musty barn notes in the aroma. The flavors are citrusy with plenty of oranges and tangerine along with very light spice and dust. A sour twang in the finish. Honestly, this isn’t nearly as good as expected. Where’s all the Fantome funk? In a strange way it tastes like a watered down orange or fruit juice. The flavors are thin and watery. Lacks complexity. There has to be someting wrong with this bottle because this wasn’t very impressive at all.
