750ml bottle at Fantome-a-thon 2012.

Pours the same exact color and clarity of the regular 11, which is really confusing because it is supposed to have cherries and raspberries in it. The aroma and flavor are both completely dominated by raspberries, to the point that I wish it was a bit more subtle. Behind the raspberries you’ll find some cherry and even a touch of saison. Letting it warm to room temp brings out some of the tropical fruits that are present in the regular 11.

A little back story, as it was told to me (not sure how accurate this is):

There are roughly 100 bottles (around 20 gallons) of each batch of Sante made every year for a charity dinner and each dinner benefits a different charity. But you already know that part. Where it gets interesting is that this was supposedly taken from the main batch of 11, meaning that there are even less bottles of this as well as the regular 11. Please remake the 11 Dany.

A golden orange/amber pour with an off-white head. The fruit on the aroma is fantastic. Intense raspberry with a bit of cherry in the background. Lightly tart, a little bit of grass, but mostly just fruit. The flavor is akin to eating fresh raspberries. A subtle tartness with excellent fruit flavor. Mild cherry to it and a bit of lactic tartness.
