A hazed orange color with a finger of white head. A touch of cork up front followed by a robust yeast and funk aroma. Lots of straw, grass, and must with a surprising, almost candy sugar, sweetness. Lots of lemon zest with a subtle tartness. Lightly tart on the palate with some lemon and red berry flavors. A pleasant yeastiness and a hint of grass. As it warms, more fruit character comes through.

Pours clear yellowish orange, high carbonation, tall white head, low retention. Aroma is full of banana and wheat with some citrus. Flavor is more of the same; a more banana-y Fantome with some citrus mixed in. Very bright, effervescent, and fresh tasting. I like this a lot.
