Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA May 2, 2006 Bottle @ Brouwer’s Cafe Dark mahogany/ruby with a nice frothy head and sticky lacing. Dusty aroma with bitter hops and some fruits. Flavor is still dusty with more of the fruits coming out. Figs or plums. Caramel malts and a touch of brown sugar. Chalk and dust like palate.
