Can: Poured a copper color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of light caramelized malt with some grainy cereal notes. Taste is also dominated by caramelized notes with some grainy cereal notes. Body is light with good carbonation. This one is short on complexity and balanced.

I found myself in Fargo. ...Far out. Stopped by the brewery as I felt I owed it to myself. Nice working tap room. The beer was a solid representation of the style. Color, and aRoma was right on and the flavor was enjoyable with good character. A nice winter time brew. Drink up!
