3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Finally reviewing this one after having this one many times. Reviewing this one from JL beers in fargo,ND. on tap into a tall boy a nice light brown gold color with a thick white head that leaves about a quarter inch of head. No bubbles as you stare throw it. Smell is of floral hops and some citrus. The taste is of great bitter hops and then mellows, but the bitterness lingers and there is some carbination once it enters. Itís not really balanced it for a person who likes hops this is just right with the hop linger. Over all a well brewed beer keep it coming Fargo!!!!

Hazy, thick head. Strong woody, grapefruity hop nose. Moderate bitterness, sweet but slightly doughy malts. Finishes with an alcoholic flourish. Bit yeasty, too.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Can thanks to Douglas.
A: Semi-clear orange color with a thin white head.
N: Pine, lots of grass, grapefruit, woodiness, earth, orange syrup. Cracker and some glue.
T: Very bitter, light sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderately resinous, light burn.
O: Decent IPA. I think this could use a decrease in mid boil hops to add complexity.

hazy gold, frothy white ring. Heavy orange sugar nose, musty yeast is overwhelming. Front palate is thin, watery with light paper bitterness mid, thin across light caramel and grass finish, no sugar but completely washed out.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from a 12oz can. Last of a 6 pack (half of the cans were over-carbed and were practically useless)
Iím surprised at the low-ish scores for this beer. Itís pretty solid
I wish half of the cans were wasted.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
With a name that brings to mind Coen brothersí oddities, the gruesome end to Steve Buscemiís character, and of course, Fargo, Wood Chipper earns points for its name. Itís also a good-looking beer with an orange-amber body and lots of off-white suds. While Iíve stuck my nose into better-smelling IPAís, dry-hopping has given Wood Chipper a piney, floral aroma and the malt gives off a caramel note. The latter comes through in a big way in the flavor. The taste is well-balanced and extremely approachable. I wanted a lot more hops, though. In all, this a fun way to get my North Dakota rating.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
(Thanks, Gene! "Travlr")
A- Caramel, malty, bready, subtle citrus.
A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, white head.
T- Caramel, malty, bread, citrus, subtle bitterness.
P- Medium body, average texture. average carbonation, malty finish.
O- A lot of caramel and bread notes. Very little bitterness or pine that one would associate with an IPA. Not too shabby for a beer from no where.
