COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Farmers IPA is a crisp traditional IPA, lovingly recreated by our brewers from an original recipe from an old Essex brewery that is sadlt no longer with us. Farmers IPA is an amber coloured beer with a malt flavour characterised by crystal and chocolate malt. It is well hopped and has a balanced bitterness from Challenger and Fuggles hops.

Well - this beer definately has a problem with its name - it is not possible to find it from the the label - so some admin better step up the game! A hazy amber beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and a bit of spice, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Cask gravity at Colchester BF 2011. Proper brown bitter colour. I did actually spit this out with disgust at the diacetyl. Which made a mess of me. Hey. Well its a decent bitter without the diacetyl. Shame.

21st July 2010. Hazy amber beer. No head and no carbonation. Watery malt. Some watery hop bitterness. I want to support my local breweries but I need something to work with.
