Dec 19, 2009 12oz bottle pours a translucent copper amber with a thin, creamy white head. Aroma is a little understated, some light maltiness, crackers, lemons and some orange zest. The hops come through better in the flavor, a little piney, some lemons, with a strong malt back bone, caramel, sweet dough, some toasted grains, nice sweet malts. Finish is medium bodied and smooth. Kick a little more into the nose and you’d have something very very nice. Even as is, I think this is underrated.

Nov 17, 2009 Pours a three finger cream head that fades slowly, leaving some lace. Cloudy brown/amber color. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied. Piney hops and paint thinner nose. Flavor starts with sweet malt but quickly goes to hop and finishes with a paint thinner aftertaste. IPAs are not my favorite but this one needs a lot of work. Overpriced at $1.50 for a 12oz bottle from Manchester Wine and Liquors Manchester, CT.

Feb 24, 2009 Poured a hazy copper color. Worty aroma with some citrus notes. Malt start to the flavor. Citrus with a mild bitterness on the finish. Light bodied.
