Flavor of sweet malt, mild flowery hops, some apple, wheat cracker. Blandish but decent. ESB? I thought this was more like an amber. Ok though, 2nd best Farmington River beer. glaze0101 (78), USA Jun 14, 2008 Hard pour light HUGE head. sweet and hoppy. apricot? Interesting fruit blend. Very drinkable. Braudog (3463), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Nov 25, 2007 Bottle: It pours with a reddish-orange hue and a thin head. The aroma is fruity, almost like grape juice. The beer drinks with a unique malty tone -- fruity, but also earthy and woodsy, with an almost mapley aspect and a sweet grapey pull. The finish is incredibly dry with a hoppy little pinch. Although this beer doesn’t present any overt greatness, the sum of its parts make it quite the delicious brew. This would pair well with just about any American fare -- I’m craving a big juicy burger! (#3220, 11/25/2007)
