Shining copper. Thin, gluey light tan head. Slow streaming carbonation. Fresh ESB aroma of toffee, caramel, butterscotch and wisp of nuts and fruits. Initially crisp with a thick malt depth. Toffee and roasted caramel, dry nut skins and a dollop of cherry. Medium body. Smooth, mellow and satisfying. Mostly dry, with nut skins and roasted malts lingering long into the aftertaste. Mild mowed hay hop balance. Finishes drier, woody with more of a roasted hint. Another CT gem.
