Clear medium amber orange color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, lemon, buttery notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. (030508)

Cask at the Ball and Wicket, Farnham. Hazy amber with a tight cream head; apricot aroma; rich and thick in the mouth with soft malts and some pineapple fruit; then a dry biscuity finish. Satisfying.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at Reading Beer Festival.
Bright golden brown with a thin white film. Aroma of ginger biscuits, pig farms and tea. Not really a winning combination. Flavour is more of the same with bigger biscuits. Slight bitterness on the finish then some sweet malt. So so at best.

imdownthepub (7491) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 19, 2007
Cask conditioned at The Live & Let Live, Cambridge. Gold to amber beer with white head. Dry, hoppy flowery beer with a bitter dry flavour throughout. Perfumed malt in a light body but with enough bite in the alcohol to make it credible. A decent beer.
