COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale gold, bubbly, seriously dry. Richly aromatic, suggesting myriad fruits of the earth, and the earth itself, with a complex, palate-cleansing balance of fruitiness, astringency, and acid. Alcohol content 7.5% by volume. Full cork closure, 750 ml. bottle. Delicious with many foods, much as the driest champagne can be.

Pale straw colour, some apple skin tannins. Dusty and dry with a fairly crisp tartness. Lean body. Very fizzy and tart. Light wildness with some late dryness. Another lovely cider from Farnum.

Thanks to JoeMcphee for sharing. Completely clear, Bud Light, macro yellow color. Aroma is alcoholic apple, were the alcohol is just enough to be felt but not overpowering. Taste is really not sweet with just hints of cider. A very fizzy mouthfeel but works well here. Aftertaste is light granny smith. And when they say extra-dry, they really do mean it. A nice experience, I may give this cider thing more of a try.

Thanks to JoeMcphee for sharing - clear, light gold, headless cider - earthy apple skin aroma, with some white wine-ish tannins - mouth-puckering, tongue-lashing dry quality, with a hint of lambic-like wildness well contained in the background - I’d take this over champagne any day.

Courtesy boboski. Clear gold with just a few white bubbles. Simple, yet enjoyable, flavor and aroma of sour apple skins and musty yeast. Dry finish. Body is medium/light with balanced carbonation. Very easy to drink. Underrated at 2.76.

Cold 750ml bottle corked: Pours a clear straw color with almost no bubbles. Aroma is of light grains and fruit. Taste is of light grains and fruit with tart notes. Light bodied, crisp and well carbonated. Ending is lightly fruity, tart and dry.

750ml: Pours a clear pale yellow with a small head that quickly dies, aroma is of sour apples and hay, thin bodied with prickly carbonation, starts and ends sweet with a sour note at the end.

750 ml corked & caged. Very very light, a profusion of bubbles cataracts through the body momentarily, then all is still. Oaky, light apple nose, hint of grapiness; yes, this is going to be dry-champagne-dry. Flavor does not let me down, this is very very dry, mouthpuckering at the end, but still quite fruity throughout. Slightly peppery and alcoholic at the end, quite acidic. The link between dry champagnes and gueuzes? Perhaps not quite bold enough to be truly great, this is nonetheless one of the more interesting, challenging ciders I've had, not for those that regularly chug their 6ers of Woodchuck.

As dry as anything I've ever tasted. Trust me on this one, when they say extra dry, they mean it. The flavor was not too bad on this one, perhaps too much was lost in the aftertaste to leave a real positive impression on me. It lacked the sweetness I look for in a good cider, but was still one I might try again given a chance. I think before then though, I'll make an effort to try some of their other varieties first. Decesnt nose but incredibly dry, bland aftertaste spoiled it.

Floral, apple nose. Lovely pale golden yellow hue. Very nicely balanced acid, sweetness and incredible crisp finish. Definately dry, very decent.
