COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale gold, bubbly, seriously dry. Richly aromatic, suggesting myriad fruits of the earth, and the earth itself, with a complex, palate-cleansing balance of fruitiness, astringency, and acid. Alcohol content 7.5% by volume. Full cork closure, 750 ml. bottle. Delicious with many foods, much as the driest champagne can be.

750mL Bottle. Tart, tangy light puckery apple nose. Pours a brilliant clear gold, with minimal head. Flavors are complex, if a bit elusive. Super, super dry, very clean finish. There’s a faint hint of lambic-like sourness and yeasty complexity. Super-crisp. I think I’d take an edge more sweetness for balance, but really this has a refined, maturity that reminds me most of good Spanish Cava. Elegant.

Tasted at NYC Craft Beer Festival. Bright fruity apple aroma. Crisp and acidic with good tongue scrubbing scrubbing carbonation. Little to no residual sweetness. Very elegant. Champagne-like.

750 ml bottle. Pours a very pretty clear gold with a bit of a spritz and a very thin head that evaporates almost immediately. Pleasant aroma of apples along with a bit of yeast. The flavor is apple, crisp and flavorful, along with a bit of yeast. Very dry and clean at the finish. I’ll use the word again, crisp. The carbonation is just enough to accentuate without being prickly on the palate. Quite good.

750 ml corked & caged. Very very light, a profusion of bubbles cataracts through the body momentarily, then all is still. Oaky, light apple nose, hint of grapiness; yes, this is going to be dry-champagne-dry. Flavor does not let me down, this is very very dry, mouthpuckering at the end, but still quite fruity throughout. Slightly peppery and alcoholic at the end, quite acidic. The link between dry champagnes and gueuzes? Perhaps not quite bold enough to be truly great, this is nonetheless one of the more interesting, challenging ciders I've had, not for those that regularly chug their 6ers of Woodchuck.

Bottle sampled on 9/15/07: Pours a transparent pale golden with a nicely-lacing spotty white head. Aroma of fresh tart apples and a touch of sweet fruitiness. Body starts lightly sweet with good crisp tartness and apple flavor toward a thinner, but very drinkable finish. A nice cider.

I like ciders. They were good to me when the ABV law in GA was 6%. Poured a clear light golden yellow color. Crisp sweet apple aroma of both red and green apples. Sweet and full. The flavor was lightly acidic. Sweet apple start with a crisp dry finish.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with white bubbles. The flavor and aroma is heavy on the apples with a slight tartness. Medium mouthfeel and medium, slightly prickly carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Big soft apple aromas on the nose. Smooth with a nice body, delicate carbonation and a bit of acid. Dries out quickly and picks up a bit of sulfites. Light sweetness, tart, soft acid. Fairly nice, if not overwhelmingly memorable in many ways.

Courtesy boboski. Clear gold with just a few white bubbles. Simple, yet enjoyable, flavor and aroma of sour apple skins and musty yeast. Dry finish. Body is medium/light with balanced carbonation. Very easy to drink. Underrated at 2.76.

Thanks to JoeMcphee for sharing. Completely clear, Bud Light, macro yellow color. Aroma is alcoholic apple, were the alcohol is just enough to be felt but not overpowering. Taste is really not sweet with just hints of cider. A very fizzy mouthfeel but works well here. Aftertaste is light granny smith. And when they say extra-dry, they really do mean it. A nice experience, I may give this cider thing more of a try.
