Pale gold, light, bubbly, with a stroke of sweetness along with the tart, bitter, and fruity elements that good hard cider offers. A clean, light "quaffing" cider, but don't put it away it too fast! Alcohol content 6.5% by volume. Available in 750 ml bottle with crown cap or 5-gallon keg. Our Farmhouse recalls the refreshing, low-alcohol "ciderkins" or "small ciders" of centuries past. Cooling in summer, warming in winter, and companionable with most foods.

A light yellow cider with a pleasant aroma of wild apples, light Brett notes. In mouth, a lightly sour apples with epsom salts, some light funk, quite nice. On tap at American Flat Bread, July 12 2010

750 from BOTW. A spritzy and well carbonated cider that pours very lively. The aroma is light and fruity, pears and apples. Its very easy to drink and quite enjoyable. I’ll need to try more from Farnum Hill.

Bottle, drank after the Extra-Dry and Semi-Dry. This was the winner, but not by much. Unfortunately, there were very few funky farmhouse notes here like the better French and Basque ciders. Much sweeter than the others. Icy, lightly carbonic acid in the flavor. Really doesn’t taste much different than the former except in the sweetness.

bottle thanks to Joe: Pours straw yellow with a little funk in the nose. Tart crisp apples with some sharp bitterness and astringency. Has some sulfur funk that keeps things interesting but doesn’t taste so great.

Bottle at Joe’s cider tasting: Still golden pour. Semi-dry aroma- some soft apple sugars and a very subtle vegetal/wood-like presence. Very light effervescent body. Slightly vinous and tart flavor. Quite dry with a soft leathery note in the background. Longer flavor than their other regular offering in the line-up. Has a softly tart vinous presence. A nice simple dry cider that offers a bit more tartness than this Cidery’s other offerings.

Bottle. Pours a clear light straw gold with a vague impression of a white head lingering at the edges. Soft apple flesh, champagne yeast. As it warms a faint hint of funkiness and a bit of honey. On the thin side of medium, but the carbonation is helping a bit. Little bit of straw and apple flavors, though lacking in what I thought I’d get from something calling itself “Farmhouse Cider”. Long tart finish with some strange off flavors that I can’t quite put my finger on. Drinkable, but a let down from what I was expecting based on the name, packaging, and price.

Draft. Pours a golden body with a bubbly lacing. Fresh apples with a vinous note. Sweet with a tangy tart bite. Nice.

A nice cider. Definitely on the drier side. Fairly tart, with light apple skin tannins. Nothing spectacular, but pretty drinkable.

Courtesy of emerica56, thanks buddy. Pours a pale yellow color with a small fizzy white head. Nose is mild, tart fruits, apple, pear, and salt. Initial taste is tart with apples dominating. Bitterness comes in the mid palate with a touch of salt. Finishing with a good tart balance and mildly dry. Overall it was pleasing and crisp, cant complain too much.

Pours a yellow color with a head that fades as quick as the pour. The nose is very weak with saome hints of pear and apple with a tart finish. The initial flavor is very tart with pear and apple sweetness and it seems to be well balanced. There is a lot of carbonation in each sip, but the finish is so acidic. The increased acidity almost makes it un palatable but the sweetness balances it out.
