Fraca, sem gosto, aguadíssima. MoritzF (3577), Ruhrpott, Germany Jul 11, 2007 (bottle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Cloudy, amber colour with a big, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet, berry-fruity nose, just slightly wheaty with light spicy phenols. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a solid carbonation. Moderately fruity taste with a moderate wheat-character; a bit slim but refreshing sweet and slightly acidic finish with not too strong phenols. More like a dark Weizen/Ur-Weisse than a Dunkelweizen.
