Für ein Light-Weizen recht akzeptabel. Schmeckt das Weizen am Anfang noch recht "originalgetreu", wird es im Nachgeschmack sehr wässrig und das "light" zeigt sich. ALso, am Anfang noch einigermaßen fruchtig und hefig, danach schlechter.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light to moderate yeasty, fruity, paper notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100221]

Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with wheat notes. Sweet and yeasty flavour with wheat and bananas.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of cardboard, wheat, and citrus, leading to a dry cardboardy and wheaty finish. The body is light.

Bottle, 3.3%. Weak banana aroma. Hazy very pale yellow colour. Stable white head. The flavour is watery and fizzy. Has a weak yeast flavour, faint hint of bubble gum. Dry, watery finish. Tastes of what it is, a Hefeweizen with added carbonated water.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours golden with a slight haze and a rich white head. The nose has a little banana and yeast. Light body, sweet banana accents and yeast. Ends soft and smooth. A very decent Leicht Hefe. 210210

bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Slightly fruity and yeasty, pleasantly hoppy. Pleasant malty and wheaty flavours present.

Enormous, very fine and dense white head, leaving lace over very carbonated hazy yellow beer with a light green shine. Lemony nose and a very slight banana touch. Faint seawater smell. Quite grainy taste, as freshly milled grain, and a lemon squash - as made with rainwater. Very light, watery MF. I suppose there’s a market for this.
