Bottle looks really simple, but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, a bit moldy, dry with a soft lemon touch. Finish well balanced, hoppy-grasy background, a bit spicy. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Allen (2670) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 9, 2009
Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. It pours a pale clear golden beer with a tall white head. Hops, apple and cardboard in the nose. Mediocre hop profile in the taste where vegetables, boiled milk and apple sneak in. Medium bodied. Some lacework. Not much bitterness. Dryish finish. Decent. Thanks Quack-Duck!

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Slayer85 (979) - Firenze, ITALY - AUG 3, 2007
Draught. This beer has a not so inviting very pale yellow colour, with a medium head. The aroma is lightly malty with a touch of herbal hops. Quite weak. The flavour has light/medium bitterness and the finish is dry. Quite light body. An average German pilsner.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Quack-Duck (6811) - Down South, GERMANY - JUL 21, 2007
bottle. Golden yellow, large head. Fruity and hoppy with hints of buttermilk. Has its very own character, which I like very much. Not bitter, but pleasantly hoppy.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 MoritzF (7756) - Bochum, GERMANY - JAN 15, 2007
(33cl bottle, traded with quack-duck) Clear, yellow colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Quite shy aroma of herbal hops with a tinge of malt in the background, also minimal skunky. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium body, moderate carbonation. Starts herbal hoppy right from the beginning on a soft malty base; dry and moderately bitter finish. Still okay, but they should better concentrate on their Weizenbeers.
