Cask gravity at Planet Thanet BF 2011. Black with ruby hints. Lasting beige head. Choccy aroma. Its alright. Giid chiccinesss. Touch roasty. Yes easy to hide faults in adark beer but its ok. Just a little watery in the mouth. But chic is ok

Cask (gravity dispense) at Egham Beer Festival on 21 April 2011. Very dark red/brown colour. Beige head. Quite roasty aroma with a sweet, fruity malt edge. Fairly dry, with more roasty notes and touches of chocolate on the palate. Some burnt bitterness provides a firm mouthfeel. Perhaps a touch light bodied. My first beer from this new brewery - a promising and very enjoyable introduction.
