Beczka w "Plough And Anchor" Sliema. Aromat słodowy. Wygląd perfekcyjny: biała, gęsta piana, obfita i bardzo trwała. Doskonale krążkuje zostawiając ślady poszczególnych łyków. Piwo ma barwę bursztynową, klarowne. W smaku raczej wytrawne, słodowe. Nasycenie niskie. Goryczka lekka. Niewątpliwie najlepsze piwo koncernowe na Malcie. Spijałem tylko beczkę, więc nie wiem jak przedstawia się wersja butelkowa.

Bottle brought to UK from Malta by Cecile. Pours a sparkling amber colour with a small white head. Aroma of hops and caramel malts. Texture is a bit thin, medium sweetness, malt comes through stronger to finish.

Can at the Hole in the Wall, Sliema, Malta. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light malt citrus. The flavour is medium bitter with a citrus malt, light yeast palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Who said this was a "Mild Ale" :-)

500ml bottle at a random Cafe in St Julians, Malta. It pours clear amber with a thick white head. The toasted grain, light caramel sweetness, hay and bread. The taste is clean, malt-driven, toasted grain, light bitterness, grassy, brown bread and not much else. Drying finish. Lightish body and moderate carbonation. Simple, easy drinking stuff. Not a game changer by any measure but pleasant drinking in the heat of Malta.
