On tap at In de Wildeman. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of skunky hops, pale malts. Flavour is light sweet, light malty, bitter, grassy but also a bit skunky bitter finish. Light bodied. Perhaps not in prime condition, but I didn’t like this.

Bottle. Pale golden beer with a fairly strong head. The aroma is nicely dry, and the flavour is dry with a slight fruity feel. Overall a nice drinkable pilsner.

Probably my go to beer in Bamberg. I’m surprised by the low scores. I can’t imagine a better example of German Pils. Draft and in bottles.

Had it on Bamberg, was quite descent, a little sweet not so grapsy as other goldens neither annoying. NIce foam and features.

Clear light yellow body and a large lasting white rocky head. Fresh and well balanced taste. Nice bitter finish.
