Bottled. Aroma is banana, a bit sourish lemon and a bit fishy as well. Cloudy, bright yellow color, large white head, good lace. Aroma again banana and lemon, light sweet, citric, wheat, medium body. Very refreshing summertime beer.

Bouteille de 500 ml dégustée directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur de céréales et de bananes. Apparence: La couleur est blonde blanchâtre opaque. Présence d’un large col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de céréales et de bananes avec une pointe d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow, with a white head. Yeasty, light banana fruity sweetness, and a nice spicy yeasty finish. A little bit over-carbonated, but still pretty good.

Hazy yellow colour with big creamy white head.
Enticing aroma of caramel, fruits, apple sauce, yeast, wheat and mild spicyness. Flavour pretty much fulfills the promises of the aroma. Caramel sweetness, fruits, yeast, wheat and mild dryness in flavour.
Smooth. Tasty Hefeweizen.

Bottle from Bierkoning. Creamy yellow body with tall head. Nose of fruits, bananas and citrus. Creamy texture. Nice taste of malts, fruits, especially bananas. Very enjoyable on a warm day.

Bottle by 09.12.12. Nose of wheat, yeast, very slight plastic. Taste is sweet and loooooaded up with clove. Sharp, tang medium-full body, I can dig. Very pale yellow body, cloudy with a cloudy soapy white head.

Aroma of wheats, banana and yeast. Cloudy, orange coloured with a lasting, medium, white frothy head. Taste is sweet (just a little bit too sweet), bit malty, yeasty, fruity (bananas and citrus). Nice brew, but one dimensional.

A strong banana aroma, very pale appearance. This is a pretty good hefe. Flavor isn’t so strong of banana or wheat, but on the other hand, the finish is fairly weak. Mediocre. (Stayed here in Bamberg, but enjoyed Brauerei Spezial across the street way way way more.)

Bottle. Cloudy vibrant golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is citric and dry, and the flavour is yeasty, fruity and dry. Overall a fairly average wheat beer.

(6/31/08) Draught at the brewpub in Bamberg. Cloudy-muddy yellow. Aroma is quite estery with banana and some clove. Sweetish wheaty flavor with some yeast, fruitiness and some clove spiciness. Medium-bodied. Decent.
