Pours medium brown with nice light beige head. Aroma is sweet, nutty , smoky. Taste is mildly bitter, roast grains. Smooth and drinkable, nice mouthfeel and aftertaste. Good one from Bamberg.

Dark copper colour. Fresh malty aroma with bit of hops sensed. Solid, bready maltiness with hop presence and slight caramel touch. A very clean and tasty beer.

Bottle. Amber, hazy, small and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, some caramel and roasted malt. Body is medium to full, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, some caramel and roasted malt with some hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, some hoppyness with faint roasted mal. OK lightly sweetish dunkel with noticeable hoppyness.

Bottle, at the brewery tap. Deep amber bronze, almost chestnut colour. Good lasting off white head and moderate condition. Gentle mix of caramel malt and hop resin in the nose, Gentle toffee and caramel malt with some hop notes developing in the mouth. Starts sweet in the finish then becomes chalky dry with a touch of roasted barley.

Look; fawn head and clear copper body. Aroma; brown malts, malted candies, plum bowl, prune notes, leafy hops, caramel, dough, bread. Taste; dark caramel, malts, plum peel, grassy notes, grainy bread, and goes into a oily malty finish. Normal body and soft carbonation. Quite tasty fruity, as a good polotmawy. 500 ml bottle kindly shared by gunnar. Pours a Caramel golden body with a white film. Leaves a fair amount of lacing. Aroma of wet wool. Smooth. Grows in the mouth. Tastes like boiled carrots with a stale bitteness.

Dark brown colored with slight red hints. Medium sized light brown head. Sweet, caramelly, strongly hopped, still surprisingly thin aromated. Medium bodied. Flavor is better with starting caramel and sweet fruits, ending dries with bitter and floral touch, mild licorice also in aftertaste.
