Had this on a train ride along the rhine, I was in the zone. It was delicious. Nice rich and sweet with plenty of malt and a leveling of hops.

Bottle at the brewery. Clear copper-coloured with a small white head. Neutral malts aroma. sweet malty flavours, balanced by grassy hoppiness. A bit boring, actually.

0.5L bottle @Plan B, shared with larsga, Rune and GrOve. A lightly tanned head over a clear copper colored body. Slight metallic, dusty/papery hops and dry caramelly dark malts in the aroma. Medium sweet and medium full malt body. Caramel tones, and some fine earthy and grassy hops. Dry, bitterish ending. A decent Dunkel.

Bottle at Wildeman. Dark brown body that looks like a soda, with a nice head. A malty and toffee nose. Watery and prickly texture. Taste of malts, caramel. Pretty good.

Bottle. Aroma of slight veggies, somewhat weak, slight fruitiness. Some malt but not a lot. Pours dark amber, almost nut-brown, eggshell head. Taste of dark malts, a little sweet caramel, light hops (this is essentially a Dunkel). Thick, prickly, slightly oily feel, medium body, and a dry, dark aftertaste. Faint fruitiness. Not bad for a session, but this one needed more punch.

Aroma of caramel malt, a bit roasted and some hops. Clear, amber coloured with an off-white short head. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter, caramel malty, a bit hoppy, some fruity tones. Not great.

50 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere.
Pours clear amber colour with minimal head. Aroma is strong with malts, some butter and hints of metal and grass. Flavour is malts, some buttery fruits and bread. Medium-bodied and balanced, but nothing interesting.

Looks like dirty water when it pours. This is just an amber ale really, but darker in color. some malts, a little metal, a bit different from the other standard German spices. Okay.

500 ml bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere.
Pours a brown colour with a small foamy head. Aroma of quite heavy nutty malts and brown sugar. Flavour of nutty malts, brown sugar, grassy hops, metals and raisins. Quite dry and somewhat sticky mouthfeel with a finish of malts. Nice one.

Bottle. Dark brown beer with a strongish head. The aroma is malty, and the flavour is roasted, and bitter with a malty finish. Overall a reasonable well flavoured malty and roasted beer.
