COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
She’s the athletic All-American, but with a secretly naughty side. Hop-forward but not bitter, well-balanced and completely drinkable, this is a beer you can flirt with all night and tell your friends about. 25 percent rye malt gives her an extra dose of sexy while more than a pound of dry hops per barrel helps her play hard-to-get.

Draft at Bearden Beer Market. Orangey copper, with a decent head. Sweet caramel corn aroma. Taste is also pretty sweet, with more caramel and toffee. Lightly piney finish.

UPDATED: AUG 24, 2014 Pint on tap. Deep copper with a lasting ring of cream. Nose is toffee and light citrus. Taste is caramel with some spicy resin, apple and citrus that develops into a wooden finish. Near-medium body has medium carbonation that fizzes a bit much, but strikes a nice balance with the long bitter finish. Not much of an ASA, but seems like a decent ESB with an extra dose of American hops.

Pint at the brewery- only listed at 5% abv, and a medium bodied session brew, but so balanced and tasty. Decent citrusy hops, nothing crazy, with a solid biscuity balance and apple peel notes. The yeast is interesting. It adds a sort of floral character to this. The finish is bready, grassy and a little fruity. I could drink these very readily.

On tap at brewery. Dark amber "ruby" color. Really nice toasty sweet malt. Interesting and delicious. The most surprising beer of the bunch.

Nice amber color with decent white head, no lacing. Honey nose, and honey sweet taste. Fairly straight forward but with a strong medium body. Nice.

6 apr 2013, tap. Red, clear, some steady bubbles. Nose is slightly grapefruit, some rye, sweet malt. Thin body and fizzy. Rye malt is sweeter than bitter, some bubblegum, peaches, grapefruit. Pretty good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
