She’s the athletic All-American, but with a secretly naughty side. Hop-forward but not bitter, well-balanced and completely drinkable, this is a beer you can flirt with all night and tell your friends about. 25 percent rye malt gives her an extra dose of sexy while more than a pound of dry hops per barrel helps her play hard-to-get.

Draft 3/14/16 (Radisson-BNA)-Pours a dark amber with a small head. Aroma of malt, caramel, and slight hops. Taste of the same. This medium bodied brew is just another amber.

Run-of-the-mill amber, thanks Mark. Some hop flavour. Meets the style and serviceable. Light rye contribution. Light amber colour with a touch of lace.

Looks good but that’s about it. Little aroma, weak thin palate and little flavor. Oh well, some beers you sneak home aren’t always great.

Picked up a 16 ounce can from the camp store while camping in Tennessee. Not nearly as good as the can of Knock Out that I also picked up. I enjoy a red lager now and then, but this red ale has a funky flavor. Will not be getting this again, but the design on the can is cool.

Pours copper with a dense, creamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel and pine resin. The flavor is an even balance of light malt sweetness and hop bitterness that comes off more as dry than bitter. This needs to be moved into the amber ales.
