Cask - The Fat Cat Brewery Tap, Norwich. Since it’s a new recipe I felt compelled to retry it. Fine and disappearing white head, clear golden amber body. Some yeasty sulphur on the nose with marmalade and lemon rind. Good biscuity flavour profile with light backing grassy hop tones and underlying sulphur notes. Caramel sweetness throughout. Shortish length grassy, pithy lemon, marmalade finish, light body, delicate carbonation. Still a fine quaffing bitter but no great shakes.

Draught@The Fat Cat Pub, Norwich. Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, fruits and some floral notes. Flavour is fruity, floral and mildly herbal. Quite standard bitter.
