Cask - The Fat Cat Brewery Tap (Cider Shed), Norwich. Clear golden orange body with a small & soapy, mostly lasting white head. Muted citrus aroma, orange & biscuity malt. Similar on the tongue with some boiled sweet, orange & candy apple. Soft palate, light spritz, medium length yeasty, soapy citrus finish. OK, easy drinking but could be crisper.
