COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
Our palest beer yet - the result of using lager malt for a more gentle malt flavour. This beer is all about the American hops, whose citrus aromas burst out with a wonderful freshness. The hops dominate the flavour, as you’d expect, and lead into a crisp dry finish which leaves the palate clean and ready for another pint!

Very pleasant golden ale. Pronounced flavour of hops, with a slightly citrus aroma. Hoppy floral palate, edging to sweetness on the finish. Light and refreshing - would recommend it as a refreshing summer session beer.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 6th April 2011. Light amber with thin lacing off white head. Beautiful hoppy aroma. Liquid of fine grapefruit citrus with a touch of tangerine. Very bitter touches on tongue and upper mouth as liquid recedes; long bitter aftertaste.

Cask - The Fat Cat, Norwich. A bubbly, mostly fading white head; orange body with a mild initial haze. A touch of sulphur on the aroma but otherwise dominated by a crisp, orangey, grassy hoppines. A pleasant lemony, grapefruit citrus bite on the tongue with a fair balancing sweetness underpinning the mostly crisp hop body. Soft with a pinch of carbonation and a hop finish that lasts well.

Cask, gravity, at Pig’s B’ear Festival ’10 at The Pig ’n’ Falcon, St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Gold. Not the greatest aroma: vegetal with unmentionable hints. Taste is surprisingly good. It’s rounded, sweet and wheaty. Some bitterness. Aroma really lets it down.
