Pear, orange rind in nose, some honey in background. Pop-like, lots of apple juice notes, thick but flat body. Plain, not much aftertaste to speak of. Not bad.

Nov 10, 2007 Thanks to Mike and Jason for bringing. Honey colour with big head. Above average carbonation and mediuym mouthfeel. Pleasant honey aroma, like a mead.

Oct 17, 2007 22oz bottle-pours a big foamy to creamy off white head and gold color. Aroma is honey, grain/malt-caramel. Taste is sweet/herbal-flat malt, secondary flat hops. Similar to many of the gluten frees I’ve had. OK effervescence.
