2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can sample. Poured clear orange amber color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet grainy malt aroma. Light to medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Light to medium sweet flavor with a light to medium sweet finish of short to moderate duration. My expectations where not met with a below average can beer.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20
In the can thanks to a nice trading partner. Pours a rust orange appearance with a big khaki head. Slight butter, toffee, caramel, and herbal / grassy aroma. Twangy fruity, chewy, slightly metallic, very sweet flavor. A lot of sugar in the aftertaste. Scroll past this weak shit.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz orange can. 5.99 a 12 pack.
It pours a clear orange with a frothy eggshell colored head. The head is fizzy but has some decent retention.
It smells like hoppy dough. That doesn’t really mean it is hoppy, just it smell like if you rolled around some hop leaves in some sweet dough.
The flavor is a bit heartier than your typical adjunct lager, but it is much lighter than a malt liquor, it is like a bastard melding of the two. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it is a vienna lager, maybe it is brewed with vienna malt but i can’t really taste it.

Infected tasting, some corn but mostly lacto. Wet grains. Not good, better than most bmc but really not worth the time.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz can, that has probably been sitting around for a while. Pours very dark for a pale lager, looks more like a vienna. Mostly clear amber / orange / brown color. Has an impressive big light tan head with good retention. Bits of lace. Nice toasty aroma, hint of chocolate, even. Sweet taste. Smooth, crisp carbonation. Medium body. Pretty tasty and easy to drink.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: DEC 28, 2013 Can. Wow - is this really a pale lager? Very impressive if the style bucket its in is reasonably accurate. Orange pour with a soapy white head. Sweet nose with a hint of caramel, yeast, and bread. Medium mouthfeel, but pretty darn smooth. Mild dark fruit, sweetness, and .... wow, I just can’t believe this is in the same style category as Bud Light.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
5/9/11. 12oz can. Clear brown pour with a small tan head - rather dark for a pale lager. Smells and tastes a bit dark, almost like a dunkel as opposed to a pale lager. Still nothing special, though.
