Cask at EABF 10.Dark amber,small head,aroma of roasted malt,taste is of toffee burnt sugar and some hops.

Cask at the Cask Pub & Kitchen, London on Friday 13th November 2009. Amber with creamy head of off-white foam giving mainly upper-glass lacing. Malt clearly the main agent in this ale, and aromas include mace and nutmeg. A few hoppy notes are apparent before a medium duration bittersweet finish on a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Very well-kept by the pub.
