COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
A straw-coloured ale, with a high percentage of extra-pale Marris Otter malt giving some initial light, fruity sweetness. This is counter-balanced by a generous dollop of First Gold hops, leaving you with an extremely long, dry finish and a refreshing bitterness.

Cask conditioned, gravity dispensed at The Fat Cat, Norwich. Gold with white head. Sharp and slightly perfumed beer with a slight cidery, apple note, late sweetness but a pretty reasonable depth and alcohol note. A decent beer.

On gravity at the Fat Cat. Pale amber with almost no head. Musty floral nose. Nice hops, some sweetness then lingering bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask@The Fat Cat Pub, Norwich. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some herbs, nectar and mild grassyness. Flavour iss quite similar in a pleasant balance between the floral and maltyness in the finish.

Cask (gravity) - The Fat Cat, Norwich. Poured with a bubbly, doming white head atop a clear golden body. Caramel, yeast and some delicate floral, lemony notes. Much the same on the tongue with some apple lasting into the aftertaste. Light to medium body, soft mouthfeel with a short bittersweet finis. Fair but I’ve had better from the brewery.

Cask from gravity at the Mermaid, St Albans, England on 7th November 2009, during a mini-festival at the pub. Pale gold with partly lasting white foam. Floral aroma with a touch of cheesiness. Excellent hop kick with grassy hop abounding leaving a bitter dry finish with just a touch of lemon on the tongue. A magnificent pint.

Cask handpump, The Fat Cat, Norwich. Bright gold with a white rim. Vicious silky little beast nibbling with bitterly husky malts and passion fruit and grapefruit citrus. Intense earthy nuthusk afters with a sprinkle of powdery biscuit sweetness. Orange rind and floral hop aroma with elderflower hints. Another flavour-packed brew from Fat Cat.
