Start your day off right. This beer is infused with "cold brewed" Caribou Coffee. Creamy smooth mouthfeel with big roasted malt aromas and flavors. The coffee comes through almost cappucino-like with some chocolate notes as well.

Dark and stormy. Not bad. Unfortunately served in a tiny glass. Pretty heavy on the coffee and smoke

Growler from miketd, Pepsiedcanís Growler Swap Part Awsome-Dark pour w/no head. Strong coffee aroma. Strong coffee flavor, a little chocolate & roasted malt mixed in as well, but mostly coffee. One of the stronger coffee flavor brews Iíve had. Could almost use a bit more malt/alcohol to smooth it out just a bit, thought it was a tad bitter, but still a very nice brew. Thanks Mike

Aroma: Smells like a fresh pot of coffee with hints of chocolate and possibly sugar. Appearance: Black with a tan head that dissipates quickly. Taste: Slight bitterness with a light sweetness to balance. Palate: Medium-full body, watery texture, soft carbonation, long finish. Overall: If this wasnít carbonated, I would swear I was drinking iced coffee. Now, that being said, the coffee may have been a bit overpowering, but I still think this works as a beer.

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2014 Draft sample. Poured clear dark brown color with an average brown creamy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate ground coffee and chocolate aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy roasted coffee balanced flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This beer would go well with a cigar.

(Growler pour) This begins with a wonderful roasted aroma, with strong coffee notes. The color is an opaque black, with a large light tan head. Creamy mouthfeel, with coffee, chocolate, and roasted notes. Mild in body, and an easy drinking beer. This is a nice solid coffee stout that Iíll be getting more of.

On tap at Fat Heads CLE on 2/4/12, Pour is into a tasting glass so no real head, however the beer itself is what youíd expect taste is nice and coffee, finishes like a cup of black coffee.. reminds me a lot of coffee bender. not as much body as iíd hope for but still really tasty and @ 5.5% its drinkable en mass.

Draft at GABF. Pours a deep, dark brown with a tan head. Nose is hugely of coffee. Nice enough nose, though somewhat generic. Cocoa and roast and perhaps a hint of vanilla? On tasting, itís pretty dry and very coffee forward. Bitterness is pretty nice and clean. The base beer is solid, but the coffee really dominates and pushes out everything else. Pretty fine coffee beer, though.

Growler from the North Olmsted location. Pours a dark brown with a decent enough head for a beer from a growler. Aromas are airy and dark. A hint of coffee and chocolate are there as is a leathery/peaty earthiness. Flavor is pretty good-lots of coffee and chocolate, but they seem kind of washed out when compared to the imperial stouts that have jumped on the coffee bean/cocoa bandwagon. Itís very good, a bit simple and infinitely drinkable.

Nice coffee stout. Big roasted aromas with some subtle sweetness, including vanilla. All complemeting the coffee aromas/flavors. Coffee is star, but is has some nice backing undertones of chocolate and caramel sweetness. A nice beer, just wasnít the best to drink on a 90F day.
