COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian style Pale Ale with a soft malt backbone that balances a healthy dose of hops. The Belgian yeast strain provides complex spicy and fruity flavors and aromas while Hop Unionís proprietary Ales for ALS blend of experimental hops impart a citrusy, tropical fruit nose

Sample at Fat Headís North Olmsted on 5/3/14. Clear gold in color with a thick white head. Aroma of malt, pepper, banana and bubblegum. Malty and peppery flavor with banana before a dry hop finish.

Tap at FH, decent little citrus aroma on this, very similar to the ALS beer, Duh. sort of drying finish which leaves only hints of spice come through, quick dry finish with not a ton of hops. good.

Malty and bready. Nice clove and tangerines. Cherry notes with almonds. Bitter finish. Very yeasty and drinkable.

This one poured a semi murky yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of fruity hops, light yeast and belgian character too. Flavor was similar, pretty solid blend of pale belgian character with fruity american hosp. Very refreshing.

Medium bodied spicy ale. Minimal body. Maybe a little bitey. Enjoyable. A little bit of hops blend with the Belgium spices but a little awkwardly.
