Hazy copper color. Fairly bitter hop profile. Some decent malt character in the background but hops predominate.

Draft at The Brass Tap - U Square. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head that leaves a sheet of lace in the glass and settles into a film with a few bigger bubbles around the edge. Notes of toasted malts, earthy and citrusy hops, wet grass, grapefruit zest, and some minor oils and florals. Medium-bodied, with a bitter mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. ABV doesnít really take over. Nice beer.

On tap at beermongers. Pours a dark red color with a large white head. A big fruity malty sweet nose. The flavor is big sweet hops, caramel, toffee, big fruit. Solid drinkable beer. Very balanced.

(Tap) Very hoppy. Piney. I sort of like this but itís just too bitter and not interesting enough.

On tap at 2014 GTMW, pours a hazy dark amber with an off white head, the aroma has quite a bit of caramel and malt at first with a little bit of hops showing as well, the flavor has more of a hop front end with a sweeter finish, doesnít really jump out as anything awesome but still tasty.

On tap at Sir Pizza in Wexford. I like red ales especially those on the hoppy side which this is. Foamy head red amber color, great taste and balance

On tap at Fat Headís Portland, pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of caramel malts and resinous hops. Flavour reveals a good mix just the same between big caramel malts and resinous hops, slightly favouring the malts. Decently balanced, with good drinkability for the style. Solid.

Draft @ the source 11/26/14 in a sample glass showing a hazy amber color, thin head. Nose is good amount of pine with toffee malts. Medium body with flavors of toffee malt, toasted grain and lingering earthy pine. The finish shows resiny, lingering hops. If you like pine, you should enjoy this brew, I did.

This poured a red color with a white head. Aroma was of fruity and dank hops. Flavor was similar, light toasty caramel, but loaded with fresh hops and only slight alcohol presence.

Draft sample at Hopgeist 2014 pour dark gold with copper hue. Nose fresh floral, resin, sweet malt. Taste nice bitter up front, sweet, nice flavoring and flavoring hop. Slightly astringent bitter finish. Really nice hop profile.
