A full bodied Imperial Red Ale brewed with a massive amount of Pacific Northwest hops that are complemented by caramel malts. Dry hopped and hop-backed with Simcoe hops give this beer it’s pungent piney aroma. 2014 World Beer Cup Silver Medal

This poured a red color with a white head. Aroma was of fruity and dank hops. Flavor was similar, light toasty caramel, but loaded with fresh hops and only slight alcohol presence.

A darker brownish ale from a tap but not dark like a porter, more like a dark iced tea. A mild BO aroma greets my nose. Thin creamy head. Slight co2 and there is this big bitter kick in the face. Especially on the first gulp, hah. Yes, this is ropey bitter mouth coating burn. Happy hop BS. Quite rude overall for this lager lover. Yes, big lick in the jaw, wew.

Tap sample. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that was lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate earthy and citrus aroma. Medium to abundant body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where surpassed.

Draft at Dutch’s. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized, creamy beige head. The aroma and flavor have nice tangy citrus, grapefruit, resiny hops (even stronger with the aroma), caramel malt, moderate bitterness, good body and mouthfeel, lightly toasted.
