4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 DocLock (6800) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 28, 2013
Bottle from Capone’s. Pours hazy deep caramel colored with a finger of off-white head that laces well. Nose is the best handpicked fresh blueberry aroma I have ever tasted; even better than my own fresh picked blueberries from the side of my house! Amazing. Tastes of fresh blueberries, bready malt, some finishing zesty tartness, and some floral and honey notes. This one is stellar. I could drink this all spring.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 lamas (1201) - Washington DC, USA - APR 20, 2013
Bottle courtesy of agl108. Mine says 5.3% ABV. A slightly hazy rust pour with a small beige head. Blueberries, cereal grains, some honey, and touches of cream feature in the aroma. Goes down relatively thin and crisp. Refreshing. Semi-sweet cereal grains upfront taste-wise. A crisp & wheaty middle. Kinda crackery. Sweet & tangy blueberries follow. A very enjoyable summer fruit beer.

Bottle. Pours a muted golden amber with a nice firm, but thin head of foam. The aroma is sweet and hints at honeysuckle. This is exceptionally easy to drink with a firm bodied wheaty exterior, and a pleasant flourish of wild berries to round it out. Good summery brew. (#4991, 4/18/2013)

tap at Dash In - We ordered this beer wondering what a "bumbleberry" was. The aroma cleared that question right up for me. It has a strong berry smell, especially blueberries. The flavor is light, sweet, and fruity, the blueberries a pleasant and refreshing addition. I’m not a big fan of the typical fruity wheat ales, but this beer is pretty good.

Bottle: pour is medium golden with a modest white head in this glass. It retains on the average side with a sticky lacing present. The nose initial was honey blueberry, moving to some light grain, more blueberry juice, and mineral water. The flavor profile reveals a crisp and light bodied wheat with blueberries present in waffle fashion, replacing syrup for honey. If their goal was to create a decent, mild mannered blueberry wheat with a touch of sweetness, success. By my estimation I find it a bit boring. Either way
