On tap. Pours a clear yellow/orange with a thick white head. Aroma of pale, bready malts, light fruits. Flavor of light fruits, floral hops, sweet malt. Decent Kellerbier, a touch sweet, but refreshing and drinkable, with adequate flavor. 6/4/6/4/14 (3.4/5)

Pours a hazy amber with a medium off white head. Aroma has nice balance between straw and earthy grass. Flavor leans more towards nice grassy bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium/full and the finish is earthy/grassy and dry. Very tasty!

Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours a clear pale amber color with a medium thick foamy white head that diminishes slowly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of biscuit malt and grassy hops. Light, crisp body with flavors of floral hops, sweet malt and a touch of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with an herbal hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at the brewpub. Amber color with an off white foamy head that left nice lacing on the glass. Strong hoppy nose. Sweet malt flavors with some grain, toasted English muffins and a well balanced, grassy hop taste. Long bitter hop resin finish. Very nice with the mushroom swiss burger at the pub

Aroma: Hints of floral hops with maltiness underneath Appearance: Slightly cloudy dark gold with thick, white head Palate: Medium body, thick dry texture, light carbonation, dry finish Taste: Extremely balanced--slight sweentess with enough bitterness to not be cloying. Overall: Great warm weather beer! Nice, clean with enough depth to make it a step above.
