Growler brought home and drank the same day. Poured a clear dark golden color. Much darker than what I thought it would be. Sweet malt aroma with some l ight grainyness followed by a big dose of earthy, spicy hops. Excellent flavor, nice and crisp with a big hop presence. Another great pilsner from Fat Head’s!

Growler from my man Miketd, thanks man! Beautiful clear copper color that fades to a light yellow color with an inch thick, rocky off-white head that slowly receded to a thin layer and left some spotty lacing on the glass. Lightly bready malts, cereal, a light yeasty doughiness, and some lightly spicy, grassy noble hops. Smooth, moderately crisp entry with some lightly bitter, grassy hops that leads into a soft cereal sweetness with some faint caramel that is followed by some more crisp grassy bitterness that even presents some faint fruitiness, and paired with some light dough, lingers into the finish. Crisp mouth feel that does a good job of tip-toeing between light and medium body, keeping the beer refreshing and drinkable without making it seem like a lifeless macro brew. Overall, a simple, well made pilsner that balances snappy hoppiness with some malty sweetness with some depth and nuance that makes it enjoyable to drink. Thanks again Mike.

On tap at Fat Heads. Poured golden with a nice white head. Aroma of hops, grass, and a little citrus but not much. Taste is kind of bland. Has some hoppy kick but lacks depth of flavor. Not bad
