COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Teutonic beauty of a beer. Unfiltered, smooth and fresh as if right out of the lagering tank. A Pilsner made with all imported German ingredients: Pilsner Malt with Perle, Hallertauer, and Spalt hops.

Tastes and finishes almost more like a pale ale than a pils. Very hoppy, crisp and grassy with a bit of citrus fresh. Just a bare hint of malt to support it (def not as much as i’m used to in a pils) Delicious.

Draft at GABF. Pours a hazy gold with a fluffy white head. The nose is really big and hoppy, dank hop notes. Bready malts and a hit of yeasty goodness comes through. On tasting, it’s pretty crisp, some yeast astringency comes through, but overall quite hoppy and fresh. Crisp and a solid beer and an interesting take. Nice.

Draft… Hazy yellow lager with a small, wispy, white head. Decent retention. The nose provides an intermingling of cereal grains, citrus fruit, honey, white pepper and a hint of leather. Medium-bodied with fierce carbonation. The flavor tilts toward the bitter side of balance with citrusy, rindy, tannic hops. Finishes crisp, gravelly and bone-dry with lingering bitterness.

Passable pils on tap at the brewpub in Cleveland. The taste is OK it is hoppy at 40 ibu. Ligt mouthfeel, OK drinkability on a hot day. bee-aye 5400.

Draft sample. Poured a clear pale color with an average frothy white head that lasted and had good lacing. Moderate to heavy balanced aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet dry finish of moderate duration. This beer met my expectations.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a hazy amber=gold color with a thin white head that burns away to a film quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of spiced hops and citrus. Light and crisp body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and sweet malt. The finish is hoppy with a lingering bitter aftertaste. Above average overall.

Had at Berea Oktoberfest. Dark orange color with small off-white head. Aroma and flavor have great floral hops and a nice grassyness. Really good flavor and so fresh.

Awesome Pilsner! pours golden with substantial head. palate is extremely refreshing, and surprisingly full bodied. Flavors of hay and grass with a nice hoppy kick and a clean crisp finish. The perfect pils for any hophead.

This poured a golden yellow color with a big white head. Aroma was of grassy bitter and a bit citrusy hops. Flavor was lots of bittering hops, some grassy notes. Alot like a bhemian pilsner, quite refreshing.

draft at pizza plant, buffalo ny- not much to speak of in the aroma department, but a delicious hoppy treat flavor wise- a hoppier, but less bitter, prima pils- a real treat.
