12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear dark gold color with a thin white head that settles to a film leaving some lacing. Plenty of carbonation rising. Aroma I of strong citrus and a little malt in the background. Medium body, taste is of malt and citrus hops which are in the front. Slightly dry finish, the grapefruit hops linger after the swallow. Theyíre doing this right!

Best combination of hops and malt ever. Canít get over the citrusy hoppiness! I prefer the draft version for fuller flavor. Uncivilized and aggressive doesnít begin to describe the palate delight. If you drink any other beers, do them first, this beer overwhelms other beers. WOW!

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a light rust orange. Has a strong citrus and floral hop aroma. A nice balanced taste of citrus and florla hops, pine, light fruit, caramel and malts. A balanced aftertaste of bitter citrus hops and sweet malts.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: JUL 10, 2015 Pours a clear, classic golden color with a rich, dull white, bumpy head. Rich malty nose with a hint of citrus. Full, smooth mouth feel with a bit of carbonation on the back of the palate. The flavor has an eggy quality, some crŤme brŻlťe, some cooked honey, and pine. Iím tempted to say this beer has been on the shelf too long, but it says it was bottled on April 6, 2015. Iím drinking on July 9, 2015. But it seems to drastically lost its hop character.

Draft @ Funky Buddha Boca. Hazy amber, medium head. Fairly assertive, somewhat woody hop nose. Veers on dank. Lots of bitterness, but itís not super bright. Has a bit chewy character.

2.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Heavy citrus/grapefruit aroma. Transparent bubbling golden body under a tall white head. Thin feel. Hits hard with grapefruit zest and that is about all there is to this one.

Had this one near the end of World of Beer Fest, and it still wasnít very good. Too much hops and not enough pine or citrus.

Draft at Fat Head PDX. RBSG. Wtf am I doing order a whole glass? This is RBSG, gotta step up my game. Next stop, man, next stop. Clear amber pour, small ring of white head. Aroma: fresh and hoppy. Pine and citrus, caramel backing is fully featured, balanced, still finishes dry. I see why this has such a following -- itís full flavored, with medium+ body, smooth creamy texture. Assertively bitter but not at all harsh, framed against a lovely malt backdrop. Pretty darned tasty beer. Iím no longer disappointed that I ordered a full glass.
