Ginger is dominant and overpowers everything else in this ruby colored Winter warmer. Cinnamon, plum, and fruity notes are there in the background. The body is light to medium with a moderate level of carbonation. The mouthfeel is smooth. The finish is sweet with a tinge of hop bitterness.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle pours a hazy reddish brown with a small head and little lacing. Aroma has cherries, cinnamon, ginger, and plums. Taste is sweet and spicy with a hint of bitterness in the finish. Body is medium to full with average carbonation. An interesting brew that got better as it warmed up. It made me think of Swedish glogg. Iím not a big fan of Christmas ales, but at $1 on closeout in May, I had to try this. Not bad at all.

Deep caramel color, thin leave is nice finger high. Spicy nose, as is taste, a little too much for me.

This is a very complex Christmas ale. I really enjoyed the hints of spices and honey that this beer has. Right balance of malt hops and spice. I would recommend it to anyone

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
11/19/15. 12oz bottle in Destin, probably from Beachís. Amber pour with a small khaki head. Spiced aroma, ginger and cinnamon pops, caramel, some dark fruits. Okay flavor, spices coming through, molasses, dark fruits, caramel. Not bad.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
My Bottom Line:
Honey, ginger and cinnamon are well balanced in this soft and rich wintry brew.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the gleaming red mist.
-The nearly frothy texture works well with the delicate sugars.
-Caramel malts are present but never overbearing.
-This is another very good brew from Fat Headís. I need to get to know these guys betterÖ

3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Tap@Wine Spot, Cleveland, USA. Medium classy sweet aroma of cherry, plum, bourbon and a hint of spicy christmas aromas. Dark amber color with small creamy light beige head. Hazy liquid. Medium bit messy, unbalanced taste of plum, cherry and bourbon. Medium taste spectrum and medium aftertaste with sweet malts and a hint of bourbon. Light/medium body with light/medium carbonation. Overall, messy product, although aroma is great.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
It's good. It lacks some flavor on the initial taste, but it gets better on the palate and adds to the overall, thirst quenching drinkability. It has an hint of malt that then has a slight ginger burn in the back. Not enough in my opinion, but very good
