Bordering on the supernatural, Hop Juju is the perfect name for this beer as the magical hops cast their spell with intense, dank aromas of pine and citrus and big, aggressive, bitter flavors of pine, grapefruit and orange. Nicely balanced by a very sturdy malt backbone. and a hint of alcohol.

Squat bottle from PUBíR. Pours chill hazy dark copper with 1-finger frothy off-white head. Nose is a great medley of caramel malt, piney hops, black pepper, tropical fruit. Tastes piney, with notes of tangerine, grapefruit, caramel malt, black pepper. Finishes complex, rich, smooth, and gets a tad hot late. Very good.

Clear, burnt orange color with a thin, off-white head. Mildly sweet aroma of citrus, grapefruit, pine, caramel malt, and traces of honey. A little sticky sweetness quickly gives way to resinous bitterness. Just enough carbonation, ever slightly oily, and a long bitter finish.

Bottle through recent trade! Pour has a dark orange amber color with a thick off white head that held on well. Aroma has wet citrus hops, dank resins, some bitterness, and a sweet malted backside. Mouth feel is a solid medium with good coating and average carbonation. Flavor has chewy sweet malts, medium bitterness, grapefruit, citrus zest, and resins on the tongue into the finish. This is bordering on intensely hopped barley wine with a ridiculous amount of hops overall.

Bottle. Pours deep orange with thin white head that dissipates. Smells of grapefruit over mild carbonation. Nice hop forward flavor with some complexity. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle courtesy of GandGKevin. Thanks! Pine and citrus oils dominate the aroma with light caramel, tropical fruit notes and hops resins intermingled int he background. Taste is tropical fruit, citrus notes, pine, chewy caramel, sweet malt and fresh hops. Body is medium-full and chewy with a dense, creamy carbonation. Lots of stickiness to this and oiliness on the palate. Ends with more big pine, caramel, sweet malt, citrus fruit, melon, tropical fruit and hop resins. Very tasty!

bottle thanks to budz! I feel like I am on an awesome streak and this beer just keeps it going. nose full of dank, onion, diesel, tropical delight. taste is nothing short of god nectar. wow. a touch of boost in the finish is slightly more than just warming but does not prevent this beer from being fabulous. whew, this is great. I now see what the hype is about. thankfully they now bottle this. just get it to me fresh!
