COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bordering on the supernatural, Hop Juju is the perfect name for this beer as the magical hops cast their spell with intense, dank aromas of pine and citrus and big, aggressive, bitter flavors of pine, grapefruit and orange. Nicely balanced by a very sturdy malt backbone. and a hint of alcohol.

Bottle... Pours clear and dirty-orange with a fleeting white head. Smells a bit like fruitcake, offering a mélange of sugar cookies, tropical fruits and citrus fruits with lesser notes of musk and resin. Full-bodied with modest carbonation. The flavor features heavy bitterness flanked by a medley of melons, tropical fruits and citrus fruits. Lingering, rindy bitterness in the aftertaste. Bottle courtesy of ctipping!

ACHops (1092) - Seattle, Washington, USA - NOV 12, 2015
On tap @ Fat Head’s PDX. Pours clear dark orange copper with minimal white head. Aroma is big herbal, vegetal hops; sweet caramel malt that is dominated by the big hop flavor. Taste is clean caramel malt, sugary sweet throughout. Hops are sizable, dark citrus, pine, and dry on the finish. Nice DIPA.

Had the Ibusive right before this and loved it--how is this different? the aroma not as assaultive but is that cause the snifter has a smaller opening? maybe this shouldn’t be as cold as the IPA., more resiny aroma. a fuller flavor--peach, alcohol, grapefruit. calm in the mouth, jagged finish.

Tap at Fat Head’s PDX. A: Cloudy amber color, thin white head. N: Orange syrup, grapefruit, some pine, and earth, more of those damp hop leaves. T: Bitter and sweet in proportion. M: Medium, resinous body, prickly carbonation, no alcohol presence. O: Very good IIPA, but I also have to say I prefer IBUsive. Tough problem to have, I suppose.

Amertume très présente et persistante en bouche. Fruit de la passion et raisins. Nez incroyable. Incontestablement une de mes ipa préférées.

12 oz bottle fun four pack bought at giant eagle Westerville. Slightly hazy light copper beer with a fine head of white tiny bubbles. Nose is mostly pine with just a bit of musty earthy scent. Taste is sharp pine hops and a good malt. Body is fluid and just a bit lively.
