An IPA featuring the new experimental hop Mosaic HBC369. A hybrid of Simcoe & Nugget hops, it offers a unique and complex blend of mango, pine, citrus and other tropical fruit flavors.

Bottle poured a hazy orange amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of straw, grapefruit zest, pine rewsin and dank bud. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, grapefruit zest, dank bud and light pine with a crisp dry lingering bitter finish.

On tap at the cle pub. Pours a strawberry-orange hue. Plenty of frothy white head. Mango aroma with fruity notes. Medium thick body. Taste is very topical and fruity. Liked this better than headhunter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Deep golden color out of the tap with a sticky white head. Great hop nose of tropical fruit, red grapefruit, lemongrass and a whiff of cat urine. This is an aggressively hoppy beer with mango, grapefruit zest, pine and bitter orange in the finish. Firm enough malts. Was very good with the Bay of Pigs sandwich.

Another great IPA by fatheads, flavor profile and intensity made me think it was a DIPA. Wonderful citrus fruit flavors in the aroma and flavors. Would like to try this side by side with headhunter.

Fat Heads may have outdone themselves with this remarkable IPA. Keeping up a tradition of excellence it is an abusive hop bomb from the first sniff to the final sip. This is just one of many reasons to visit their tasting room or brewpub.

Aroma / Appearance - A coppery semitransparent base looks a bit like a melted creamsicle. Bright earthy hops, lemons, citrus, and tropical fruits explode in the air like a Fourth of July party.

Flavor / Palate - Citrus is bright, crisp, and aggressive like licking gritty sandpaper. The hops continue their assault for a few more minutes until a bitter transition that is sticky in the throat. Just as good as something like Dreadnaught or White Rajah this is worth seeking out fresh.

On tap at Fat Heads, pours a copper amber with minimal head. Initial smells of citrus hit you and then fades into a bitter hoppy taste. Fairly dry finish with a medium-heavy body. Similar to Hopslam, but not quite as good. Definitely recommend it though.

Sparkling gold pour with hints of orange colors, white head. Bitter hop bomb! Citrus peel, grassy hops, resin. Bitter and clean...really damn good stuff at GABF.

On tap at FFF. Gold pour, aroma of grapefruit and bitter hops. Taste is crazy bitter, one of the most bitter ive ever had. Clean bitter finish. Reminds me a lot of panzer.
